Recently the Federal District Legislative Assembly in Mexico adopted a series of reforms to allow marriage between same-sex couples, including adoption among gay unions.
This has generated intense debate in the blogosphere and Twitter with the same views for and against.
We believe this is a very important topic to discuss, because the city government has not opened to the public. We want to do this little exercise in participatory democracy.
